I want you to love your purchase from MercyMade! If you are not satisfied with your order, I'm here to help.

• You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

• Contact me at Zakylaford09@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• Please include your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, I will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage so I can resolve the issue to the best of my ability.
